    ‘Toggle breakpoint’ does not work with My Eclipse installed (Eclipse 3.1 M2 installation.) Removing My Eclipse from the links directory fixes the problem.

    Eclipse 3.1 is not supported at this time, I’m wondering if this might be the issue… do you have a clean Eclipse 3.0.1 setup that you could test this on?
