Hi,
I’m using MyEclipse 7.1.1-20090310 and having troubles with the Tomcat console. Starting the Tomcat 5 server does not always show the console (this worked correct in MyEclipse 6.0). Clicking on the Java Stack Trace console and then close this console, the Tomcat console is shown (but there aren’t any clickable links shown).

We have not been able to reproduce this issue at our end but it has already been filed for investigation. Can you paste your installation details here for me so that I can add them to the pr that is already open.Hi Nipun,

Some more info: It happens 1 out of 4 times after starting MyEclipse and then starting Tomcat. If the console is shown it continues to work, until the next time I start MyEclipse.

I’m running Tomcat 5.5 and have the same problem. Today I have stopped and restarted the server a half dozen times and not once has anything been written to the console.

I have escalated this issue and the dev team is looking into it. We will try to fix this asap.I am using build 7.5-20090609 and I am still experiencing this problem too. Has it been resolved.
I also run build 6.6.0-20081015 and do not have this problem. What happened between 6.x and 7.x?

We have been unable to determine the root cause of this issue since we have been unable to reproduce it consistently. We are still working on fixing this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.
