Before I used MyEclipse I had loaded up something that added a Tomcat restart button on the toolbar.

now that I use MyEclipse (and happily so) I have dropdown from which I choose Tomcat and then stop or start.

I’d like to create the restart button myself but I’m not sure how.

    Lee,
The plugin you were using was probably Sysdeo Tomcat plugin, and it is a nice addition to MyEclipse if you preferred its controls for launching/running Tomcat.

We are aware of the shortcommings with our launching approach and want to completely overhaul it in a future release, until them, it might be best for you to keep using Sysdeo as it provides the one-click functionality you are probably looking for.

Thanks, it’s a relatively minor thing — what you folks have been delivering is much more vital.

I’d rather have documentation and tutorials than that button 🙂
