My company purchased a subscription for an employee who no longer works here. I’d like to transfer the subscription to another employee on my team. Unfortunately, the password for the account was changed by the original employee or I would just use the old account as is.
You’ll need to send an email to subscriptions@genuitec.com and explain the situation. I’m sure they’ll be able to help.
