Tim BerglundMemberI installed the trial version on 4/16/04, spent some time with it, and was drawn away on other concerns for a couple of weeks. Returning to it now, it appears not to run properly anymore.
When I double-click on the MyEclipse icon, Eclipse runs, but the title bar no longer identifies the program as MyEclipse, and some MyEclipse features I remember using a couple of weeks ago don’t appear to be present. Is it possible that my trial has expired already?

Riyad KallaMemberIt certainly is possible, you can check Window > Preferences > MyEclipse > Subscription panel for information on the state of the subscription. If it has run out, please contact subscriptions@genuitec.com with an email explaining your situation. They can help you further.

That panel says I have until 5/16/04 at about 10am. What might I check next?

Riyad KallaMemberYou mentioned in your first message that there are no exceptions in the log file, so I’m assuming you checked that. The next thing I would try is to load up Eclipse, close all perspectives then restart Eclipse. When it starts back up, try and open the MyEclipse perspective. Did that work? If you right click in the toolbar and go down to “Customize Perspective…” and expand the “Other” node, do you have selections for MyEclipse? Can you enable them?

Tim BerglundMemberLet’s quietly put this in the “nevermind” bin. All is well now, thanks to your help.
I still need to figure out how to migrate my project to a functional MyEclipse “Web Project,” but that’s for me and the docs (or another thread) to figure out.

Hah, I’m glad its atleast working for you now. Don’t ever feel bad about asking, worst case scenario is that we don’t know how to help.
