In typescript private readonly readonly is not marked as keyword.

readonly private is marked properly but it is not a valid construct in TypeScript

As a side note, search in these forums is very slow to respond (and forum in general) and results page is exceptionally not user friendly (giant unreadable 15 entries per page, try to click and scan all these slow pages). Some handy, searchable and traceable ticket system like one that JetBrains uses was much more appropriate saving time for customers and for Genuitec.

    Fedor,

Syntax coloring is another area we are actively looking at improving. Current highlighting support comes from ts language-services and have serious limits. We are looking at using TextMate like VSCode for providing superior highlighting.

    Fedor,

Thanks for pointing out the forum search issue. I’ve raised it with our portal team to see what can be done. Sorry about the problem.

I’m not sure what are limits in this particular case, it seems just a bug. May be great just to submit relevant bug for TS on github until this superior highlight will materialize.

    Fedor,

TypeScript developers has unfortunately dropped that functionality in favor of TextMate, so submitting any issues on github will be pointless. I have support for highlighting as a top priority now and it should land pretty soon. Thank you for your patience.
