Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers Neon 3 and Oxygen
Darkest Dark plugin

File > New > C++ Project and create an empty project.
Right click on the project > Properties > C/C++ General > Paths and Symbols.

With DD plugin installed, the UI is messed up for both Darkest Dark and Eclipse’s Dark theme : https://gyazo.com/f949c9a57f9491ae7522b757b551ae3d

Without DD plugin, Eclipse’s Dark theme displays the property page fine :
