Hello! I’m sorry you are having issues with MyEclipse. Do you mind sharing your workspace’s error log? it will be located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log

Live chat is working today, I did not change anything, just launched MyEclipse and go to Live Chat.

So we can close this topic.

Unfortunately, it is back again, less than 1 hour after entering MyEclipse. Log file is attached.

I have the issue when I click on Help->CodeMix->Live Chat

Hello! It looks like your Live Chat storage got somehow corrupted. Can you try the following?
1. Shut down MyEclipse
2. Remove the Live Chat storage directory (by default at <home>/.codemix/livechat)
3. Start MyEclipse and confirm Live Chat now works.
