Can you quickly answer below queries –
1. Can you copy and paste your installation details? Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details
2. How did you add PMD plug-in? Can you list the steps here along with the update site
3. Clear your .log file located at [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log, replicate the steps and copy and paste relevant portion of your .log file here
4. Do you have any other 3rd party plugins added to your ME profile, if yes, please list them here

support-joyMemberGunasekar,
Sorry for the late reverting back. I have investigate and I am afraid, I cannot reproduce this issue at my end. Please see the attached screenshots. Can you quickly verify if you are behind firewall / proxy? If yes, please validate the proxy settings here – from MyEclipse IDE, menu options click on window > preferences > window > network settings
I would recommend you do the following –
1. Typically downloading the new Pulse installer and running it twice will recover broken Pulse Explorer installations. You can also use –repair on the installer to force a clean install.
2. Login to pulse
3. Select “Eclipse-Galileo” realm from top left hand corner dropdown
4. Select “MyEclipse Blue 8.6” from “My Profiles”
5. Go to software tab and add PMD plugin
6. Click on [Apply x changes]
7. This will open a wizard which will guide you through the rest of the steps
8. When prompted please choose to restart the IDELet me know how this works for you
