I have cleared the cache and restart my ipad but it’s the same problem.
I have the same problem too in my web page with Chrome

I’ve escalated your issue to the dev team. In the meantime that they investigate and try to replicate the issue can you share details about your mobione version? Also design files would be helpful to understand the problem, would you share them with us? If you want to keep the data in privacy please send us a zip file to support at genuitec dot com, use title mobione data from DaveD, if it is a big file (more than 10 MB) please use a service such wetransfer.com

This happened to me way back I’m trying to remember the cause, I think it was a permissions problem with one of the images so it wouldn’t cache, maybe worth a look.
