marketingrep4uMemberI just upgraded to version 2.2.0 (20121004).
I created an App that needs to be for both the iPhone and Andriod phones.
I created the iPhone version with no issues whatsoever.
When I try to create the Android version, I get the following error:
“Unable to connect to App Center
Exception during parsing server response”I looked up the problem on the support forum, but I haven’t found anyone having the issue with version 2.2.0.
I really need the Android version of this App for my client and MobiOne won’t let me create it.
What do I need to do to fix it?

support-octavioMemberHi marketingrep4u,
Could you share your .log file with us to investigate? It’s located at <user-home>/.mobione/runtime/.metadata/.log
You can either attach to post or send it via support at genuitec dot com. Use title log file from marketingrep4uOctober 9, 2012 at 5:50 pm #331026
marketingrep4uMemberAttached is the log file.
I had to zip it up for the forum.
Thanks for your help.

marketingrep4uMemberI just upgraded to version 2.2.2 (20121016) and I still CANNOT build an Android app.
I’m getting the same error as stated in my original post.
My urgency in getting this fixed is now a 10 out of 10. My client is hammering me to get their Android app to them and your software continues to fail.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE fix this so I can get on with app building WITHOUT software failure.

JustJohnMemberI’m getting the same error as the OP as of 01/05/2012.
Attached are my log files. It looks like a java decryption issue but I’m not exactly sure how to fix this.
Please advise as soon as possible as I have some app testing to do.Thank you,
John

support-michaelKeymasterThanks for sharing the log data. It indicates an issue with reading the identify file (.p12).
Can you tell us how you came by this identify?
MobiOne uses a popular encryption processing algorithm. Can you share your .p12 file with use? Email it to support at genuitec dot com with title “mobione JohnJohn p12 issue”

support-michaelKeymasterWe received your .p12 file. I confirmed that there is an issue handling your signing data and have informed the dev team. I’ll follow up as soon as I have more status.

rsudamaMemberI am having the same problem. I just installed the 2.3 update. My application, which is fairly simple, builds fine for iOS in AppCenter. It also used to build for Android prior to installing 2.3. If you need any more specifics to help resolve this please let me know. If you come up with a fix please post it here. Thanks.

rsudamaMemberStill no word on this issue? It doesn’t just go away. I tried reinstalling 2.3, still no luck. iOS apps build fine, Android apps get this connection error. I’m attaching a log file.

rsudamaMemberI sent in the requested file over a month ago and still haven’t heard anything on this. I’ve basically given up on using MobiOne Studio for now as it is of no value to me if I can’t generate apps for Android. I really don’t understand how this could have been working fine prior to upgrading. Perhaps I should try to go back to using a previous version if you don’t have a fix?

rsudamaMemberThis is still not working after several months. Can you please tell me what URL the Android build process is trying to connect to at App Center so I can do a trace on it? As I’ve said before, I have no problems building for iPhone. The Android build doesn’t even work for an empty project. I don’t really see how it has anything to do with the .p12 file as it doesn’t even establish an initial connection to the server, which I doubt involves the use of this file.
