I’m trying to connect to both update sites, but I get a 403 forbidden on both:
Network connection problems encountered during search.

I haven’t used Zend Studio. Are you behind a proxy or firewall, if yes, can you ensure that you allow downloads from http://www.myeclipseide.com. Also verify if you are able to view http://www.myeclipseide.com? If yes, you can try this – download the archived installer from http://www.myeclipseide.com it is the 4th option. And follow the steps – go to Help > Software Updates > Available Software > Add Site > Archive… > Select the archived update site you downloaded > OK. Select features “MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench” and any additional ones you descire like “Matisse4MyEclipse” and then click “Install…” following the install wizard to completion.
