Is this the first time that you have attempted to install this app?
Please verify that you built the app with an ad hoc provision profile that includes your device’s UDID. You can only get the UDID from itunes with the device connected.
Also the charset leads me to question if there could be an issue with the app name or its filename. Please share a build ID so we can investigate further.
