I have a Java WebApp that was developed in another IDE. I recently ported over to Eclipse/MyEclipse. Because I had a 4.0 pre-release that didn’t include all of the UML capabilites, I uninstalled MyEclipse today, downloaded the latest version and installed it. That all seemed to work fine.
I just tried to edit an existing JSP. It displays a dialog that says it is opening the designer and then an error dialog appears. Unfortunately it disappears immediately and I am not able to read any info on it. As a result, I am unable to open/edit any JSP files.
Any ideas what might be causing this?
I’ve been looking around to see if there might be a MyEclipse Log file but haven’t found anything yet.
I checked my config info and I’m running MyEclipse Version: 4.0.0 Build id: 20050829-4.0.0-GA and Eclipse Version: 3.1.0 Build id: I20050627-1435.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
