Unable to install CI 13 on 64bit linux system

    When i try the installer, both the offline and online version, i get an error and the installer creates a zip file and then exist. In the zip file there is this in the errors.txt file :

    Edward,

    Sorry that you are seeing this issue. We could not replicate the issue with the installer on Linux machine at our end.

    Can you please give us some more information ?

    1. Please share with us the full name of the downloaded installer file.
    2. Do you see the installation dialog box when you run the installer? Please share with us the exact error message.
    3. Please share with us the name of the zip file along with the details of the contents of the zip file.
    4. Are you trying to upgrade an existing CI installation ? If yes then you could try deleting/renaming the .deliverycenter.installs file(located in the user home folder), and installing to a different location.Alternatively you can also upgrade from MyEclipse installation rather than using the installer. Go to Help > Check for Updates and update to the CI 13.
