    How to attach javadoc api to eclipse , I am using a new API
    that I want to get dynamic help similar to the default java api . For example when mouse over String , it gives me some help what String is .

    You can go to Windows > Preferences > Java > Installed JREs > (Select your JRE) Edit > (Select a jar under the JRE list) > Javadoc Location and specify the location there.
