When i try to start Design center I get this:

Unable to read workbench state. Workbench UI layout will be reset.
    java.lang.NullPointerException

I tried to uninstall and then make a new install, but nothing seems to help.

    What is wrong.

Interesting error. Did you experience this issue immediately after installing MobiOne or did has MobiOne been running and then all of a sudden it will not start?

    1) If this is a new installation, did you use default installation paths or custom?
If you used a custom path please try uninstalling and installing into the default location specified by the installer and see if that resolves the issue

If this is an existing installation and MobiOne just stopped working:

    2) Can you look in your home directory for the presence of a directory named .mobione?
    Example: c:\Users\Wayne\.mobione
This directory contains the working state and data of your development.

    2) Also there is an .ini file that the mobione.exe uses when it starts up to find other. This file is in the same directory as the mobione.exe file. Please inspect the mobione.ini file and ensure that the paths specified in it correctly point to directories that exists. Example entries:

    -install
    C:\Users\Wayne\AppData\Local\MobiOne Studio\MobiOne 1.2.2
    -configuration
    C:\Users\Wayne\AppData\Local\MobiOne Studio\MobiOne 1.2.2\configuration
