Sorry that you are running into this issue with MyEclipse.
Can you answer some questions for me to understand the issue better ?
1) How did you install MyEclipse Blue 9 ? Is it through Pulse/ All-In-One installer/ Archived Update site?
2) Did you install any third party plugins?
3) Can you attach a screenshot of the error you are seeing when starting MyEclipse Blue 9 ? Here is an FAQ on how to upload files on forums :
