Hi,

I’m unable to update my profile to receive my subscription code.
I get:
```
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /user.php on this server.

```
Please help ASAP. I need my subscription code to be sent to me.
Meanwhile, please submit my code to a private message in the forum
