We’re trying to deploy MyEclipse Blue thru SCCM. The FAQs on this site are helpful, but I didn’t see where it mentioned configuring any ini file to contain the subscriber ID and the subscription code. Is there a way to install and activate the subscription without user intervention? Thank you.

I am afraid there is no unattended activation of MyEclipse.
If you want the admins to have control over the license activation and maintenance, then you can check SDC (Secure Delivery Center), which is a software distribution manager that assists administrators in providing software to various groups in their organization with little to no intervention by end users.
