I think I’m doing something wrong – any help is greatly appreciated.

I select File >> New >> JSP and choose option #4 – Default JSF Template. The MyJsp.jsp that is created doesn’t recognize any JSF tags.

I’m using 3.8.1 with the QF on Windows 2000. One final note is that I have not added web capabilities to this project. I don’t believe anything has changed with my project configuration since I was using 3.8 beta 2 – in which I didn’t have this problem.

I think the basic problem is that if you don’t add web caps, ME cannot resolve the JSF taglibs… are you sure this was working before with the JSF tags? Maybe I’m missing something…

Thanks for the response. I added web caps and jsf tags were picked up after restarting eclipse. I’m guessing I had validation turned off and that is why the gutter warnings didn’t display in beta2. I could have sworn I was getting content assist too though – I’m losing it.
