    I’m currently unable to use my paid for version due to the connection issue above. I’m currently behind a proxy at work, Eclipse 2019-09 is setup to use the proxy and I can access the Eclipse marketplace fine and download plugins, just unable to login to CodeMix to unlock my license.

    1) What is the URL that CodeMix is using to login through the plugin?
    2) Is it possible to get a license key so I don’t have to worry about proxy/offline issues?

    Glad to see you back, hoping Eclipse 2019-09 has fixed the performance issues you were seeing.

    1) Just so we’re sure there isn’t a bug preventing you from getting your license activated (and something we need to fix), is it possible that your proxy is allowing only certain connections through, and others need to be whitelisted? I don’t have the exact URL handy, but is it possible for you to just whitelist the genuitec.com domain, or do you need more than that?

    2) Do you mind sending us your error log? You can find it at [workspace_location]/.metadata/.log

    3) Yes, it is possible to convert your license to a key. If you’re having connection issues to our server, the automatic activation of that key will fail, but web activation which you can do in a browser should work. Please let me know if whitelisting is not an option and you need us to make this change.

    Yep the latest version of eclipse solved my performance problems and fixed a nasty but with Git projects syncing and freezing eclipse.

    1) My proxy appears to be working correctly, at least for genuitec.com as I’m able to access it through a browser which uses the same proxy settings as eclipse.

    2) Including the relevant information about the connection error below.

    3) Unless you have an exact URL that the plugin is using, if it’s not at genuitec.com, this appears to be my only option to get it working again.

    We checked our servers for outages and there weren’t any, so the timeout is odd – I’m assuming you tried more than once to activate?

    Regardless, I’ve asked our sales team to convert your license over to a key, so you should be receiving an email from them shortly. Do let me know if still have issues with the new license.
