    Is there a “generic” way to add un-supported application servers? I need to use the Sun ONE Web Server 6.1.

    Ted,

    Right now, not really. However, we’re adding a remote debugging option with MyEclipse 3.8.3, available in December, that will allow you to launch external servers and debug them. Until then, you might be able to run your server and connect to it with the Remote Java Application launch model.
