I’m trying to update my MyEclipse instance to myeclipse-2023.1.2 via the offline installer. It is failing for the reason below. Any idea what I can do to correct this? The installer log is attached.

Sorry to hear you’re running into this. There were some major changes in 2022 and 2023 where some legacy components were removed from the installer. As a result of this change, the offline installer suffers from an issue due to which it won’t upgrade from versions prior to 2022.

My recommendation would be to use the in product update, or simply uninstall and install a fresh copy of MyEclipse, which will be faster than trying to get this to work.
