What is the issue you are facing? Could you elaborate more and specify the version of MyEclipse you are using along with the plugins you are trying to add? There are alternate ways to add plugins as desribed below –
1. Download archived update site of plugin you would like to add to ME. Next open MyEclipse, from menu options goto Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center > Software tab, click on [add site] and choose the add archived update site and follow the wizard
2. Download the relevant plugins/features and add to MyEclipse installation dir/dropins. Restart MyEclipse IDE. On restart, it will prompt you about the new additions to dropins
