I’ve just upgraded from 4.0.1 to 4.1.1 and the image editor doesn’t start due to an invalid subscription level, standard instead of professional.
But I’ve read in the forum that upgraded standard subscription are treated as professional untill expiration date.

    Where I do wrong?

    Thank you in advance,
    Alberto

    Alberto,

I believe you’re referring to the promotion we ran when we launched MyEclipse 4.0 last June. At that time, we said that we’d treat all existing subscriptions as professional subscriptions for the rest of their valid period as well as automatically upgrade any standard subscriptions purchased by 9/30/2005 to the professional level. For any purchases past 9/30/2005, a standard subscription is a standard subscription.

If this explaination doesn’t appear to apply to your particular case, the best course of action is to send an email to subscriptions@genuitec.com and explain what you were expecting to them.

    Ok.
But in the feature list (http://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php), Image Editor is not tagged with (Professional subscription required). This page has to be updated.

    Ciao,
    Alberto
