    Hi,
How do I upgrade MyEclipse pro-ver 6.6 to pro-ver 7.0? is there any extra fee for it?
    Please advice.
    Thanks very much.

    vunguyen,

MyEclipse 6.6 is based on Eclipse 3.3(Europa) and MyEclipse 7.0 is based on Eclipse 3.4(Ganymede) so you won’t be able to upgrade from a “6-series” to a “7-series” directly. However if you would like to use MyEclipse 7.0, I’d suggest downloading the MyEclipse 7.0 installer from here and then following a few simple setup instrutions to get the MyEclipse 7.0 installation done.

You can also install MyEclipse 7.0 via Pulse, all you have to do is to:
    1. Launch the Pulse Explorer
    2. Switch to the Ganymede realm
    3. Select Profiles under Ready to Use Profiles
    4. You should see a MyEclipse 7.0 and MyEclipse 7.0 Blue Edition profiles listed there
    5. Select the MyEclipse profile that you want to install, right click and choose “Run…”

is there any extra fee for it?

If you have an existing MyEclipse PRO subscription it should just work and you don’t need anything extra.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
