If I just bought 3.1 does my subscription cover upgrade to 4.0?

Your yearly subscription gives you access to all new products and upgrades for the entire length of that year. So as long as your subscription has not expired, you can install MyEclipse 4.0.3 Stable or the MyEclipse 4.1 Milestone 2 release. We will also be releasing 4.1 GA this month as well.
