What is the best path to upgrade? I have a number of plugins attached such as Mylyn, so I was hoping to use the update manager. When I get the zip file then unzip to a temp directory and then start the “local site” it appears that I also need some other plugin:
MyEclipse HotFix-600.1: SecurityException with Signed Libraries (6.0.0.zmyeclipse60020070824) requires plug-in “com.genuitec.eclipse.core (6.0.0)”, or equivalent.
You will have to go to Help > Software Updates > Find and Install > Search for new feature to install and add a new Remote site (http://downloads.myeclipseide.com/downloads/products/eworkbench/discovery-6.5/) and then scan for updates.
