I am currently running Eclipse 3.0 and MyEclipse 3.8.0 Beta 2 and I wish to upgrade to Eclipse 3.0.1 and MyEclipse 3.8.2. Whats the proper order for accomplishing this??
I was thinking that the easiest way might be to:
1) Close all perspectives and editors in Eclipse.
2) Uninstall MyEclipse 3.8.0 Beta2.
3) Upgrade Eclipse Using the built-in upgrade functionality.
4) Install MyEclipse 3.8.2.I would obviously prefer a way to do this without uninstalling, but then again I dont want to spend hours researching problems that could occur..
