Where to spcify this <pathg-toeclipse> in eclipse directory. Iam not clear.

If you launch Eclipse through a shortcut in Windows, then open the shortcut properties and add the -vm option in there. If you launch from a command line, just type in the fully qualified path to the eclipse executable.

For example:

C:\eclipse-2.1.3\eclipse.exe -vm c:\j2sdk1.4.2_04\bin\javaw.exe

but please replace the paths with what is on your machine.
