I’m using the latest version of MyEclipse (4.1) and I have strange problem. Since I’m using a croatian keyboard layout in Windows, I need to use a special combination of keys to type certain characters. For example : AltGr + F = [ . All of these combinations work great, but one: AltGr+V which should give the @ (at) sign. This happens only in the Java editor and it’s quite annoying for someone like me who uses annotations a lot. Any ideas?

P.S. This doesn’t happen in any Eclipse version I have lying around on my disk. Just MyEclipse. The weird thing is, it works great in any dialog in MyEclipse. It just doesn’t work in the Java Editor.

    Mladene,

It’s strange.MyEclipse doesn’t touch java editor. Please, can you try with same version eclipse without MyEclipse .I suppose that your combination isksome key binding and it’s possible that myeclipse add some key binding – check Windows – Preferences – General – Keys and find your combination

    Best regards (pozdrav)
