Laszlo (openlaszlo.org) has a dtd (lzw.dtd) defined for its xml files which have the extension .lzw.

Is it possible in MyEclipse to map the extension .lzw to use the lzw.dtd and have the XML editor recognize and offer suggestions when you enter a < while editing .lzw files?

I am not asking for full laszlo support, but just the ability to popup the laszlo tags while typing.

I’ve never tried this, but see if you can add that entry to the XML Catalog (Window > Prefs > MYEclipse > Files & Editors > XML > XML Catalog) and see if it works.

An easier test would be to create an XML file, that in the DOCTYPE references the lzw file, see if it’s parsed as a DTD…
