War file doesnt take its configuration file,why?

I have configured a replica of the server machine.I tried to deploy a war in my local machine,though the war includes latest changes(*.properties file) MyEclipse takes the old files(*. properties file) which is in server machine.

Could be please give me some more details about this issue. MyEclipse is not picking up the changes made to the configuration file?

Can you go to MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me.
