I import an existing web project, how do I deploy the project to
Tomcat from MyEclipse. My others projects seems deploy new jsp whenever modified.

Make sure to setup an exploded deployment for that project, and then make sure that your setting Window > Preferneces > Workbench > “Automatically perform build on modified resources” is checked (the wording might be different).

It is checked, but I do not see the deployment.

Did you add a deployment for the project? Deployments need to added manually and sometimes they disappear if you ‘close’ a project (its part of the Eclipse spec is ‘dispose’ some settings for projects that are closed… you’ll notice the Ant view does this as well… drives me crazy).
