My team is working on creating a mobile app that provides access to comapny data via web services. These services are OData/REST and SOAP (.asmx) services built into SharePoint 2010. We are looking at using field(s) within the MobiOne app to construct a REST query or a SOAP envelope to return a list of data based on 1-2 fields within the app. I am not a programmer but I can work through samples/examples. I need to know how to go about calling the webservice and how to display the results. Also, because this web service is on the corproate network a login is required to access it. To mimic a single sign on environment I have created a screen called Profile where the users can enter their username and password. Is there as way I can pass this information to the login prompt when the web service is called? I have attached the screen called profile to this post.

    Hi all
I’m also very interested in Web Services specially using SOAP

I saw the cycling tutorial that pulls data from RSS but I’d like to focus on connecting to a Web Service that uses XML in the SOAP standard.
    Thanks
    Cisco
