may a ask you, what is difference between Personal license and 1x Commercial license except price? When I buy Commercial license, may I assign this license to different person after time?

Apologies for the delayed response.Thank you for asking, we appreciate your interest in Webclipse.

The software itself is the same for Personal and Commercial Webclipse licenses. Commercial licensing is for team/corporate use, 2 or more users. Team licenses do provide for reassignment as members move across the organization, but are not floating licenses.

Our License Agreement (agreed to upon download of the software) does require one license for each developer using the software : https://www.genuitec.com/products/webclipse/eula/
