os x
eclipse 3.0 final
latest myeclipseide
I have setuped my weblogic as described here:

When I try to start it I get an error I should verify my execution domain root. The next sentense is strange. “For weblogic 6…”
May it is just a confusing message since I use the 8.1 setup dialog. However I’m double checked that I setuped everything correct, I’m still unable to start weblogic. Any known issues about osx & weblogic 8.1?
I didnt could found any usefull post about this issue here.

This sounds like a configuration problem with the weblogic connector. Can you compare yours to the one in the FAQ here:
http://www.myeclipseide.com/FAQ+index-myfaq-yes-id_cat-18.html and try it again?

Well as mentioned I had setuped it exactly like shown there. Do you wish to see it as screen shoot?

I’m glad you’re getting it to start, but there’s no telling what other things you’ll run into as the Mac is *not* a supported weblogic platform as listed here: http://e-docs.bea.com/platform/suppconfigs/configs81/81_over/overview.html#1122259
