    Hi all.
When I run weblogic 8.1 from MyEclipse – weblogic can not find EXISTING connection pool. But when I run it as usual from start/programms ….
all is ok. My jdbc driver is added in a “startweblogic.cmd” file like this:
    set CLASSPATH=C:\lib\mysql-connector-java-3.1.6-bin.jar;%CLASSPATH%

    What is the problem?

    Thanks in advance.

Did you adjust your classpath for the app server by way of the WIndow > Preferences > MyEclipse > Application Servers > WebLogic 8 > Paths settings?

Thanks for reply. Of cource I have not done that.
But wait a liitle. Does MyEclipse uses the weblogic’s “startweblogic.cmd” file for running the server? If so, I repeat, that in this file I have a classpath variable which includes the path to the MySQL JDBC driver.

    Thanks

No it doesn’t, in order to instrument the launching process to automatically hook in our debugger and source locator to the running app server we launch the actual class file and spin it up very much like the app server scripts do itself.
