I am using myeclipseide 4.0.3 GA, and i would like to know if thereis support for creating and consuming webservices, and if yes are there any tutorials for doing so.

We hide that on the Roadmap: http://www.myeclipseide.com/ContentExpress-display-ceid-6.html

So far the date is tenative, nothing has been set in stone yet because it depends on if we do a 4.2/4.3 release after 4.1
