I am trying to do a simple website link apps where the user first click on the icon on the home page and the apps then loads the application icon and then goes direct to the URL. Like on your simulator, I click on your facebook icon and it goes straight. But I keep getting the panel after the application icon viewing. Then I have to put in a button for the user to click on so that it can go to the url. How can I resolve this with ONE click. Help.

I confused this post with a couple of your other posts. My BAD!

My understanding of your question is that you want a simple homescreen short-cut to your website. The quickest solution is to not use mobione. But instead name your application icon apple-touch-icon.png and place it in the root folder of your website. This approach is analogous to the traditional fav icon.

You can read about this technique here:
    https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#DOCUMENTATION/AppleApplications/Reference/SafariWebContent/ConfiguringWebApplications/ConfiguringWebApplications.html

Please note that app icons can only be added to the homescreen either by loading a mobile webapp into a browser that the user then chooses to save it to his homescreen or by the user installing a native app. The approach above is the simplest that I know of but the user must choose to save a shortcut to his homescreen.
