    I am getting Unrecognized option: -Xquickstart when I am trying to launch websphere6.1 from myeclipse. I have my JDK set to jdk1.5.0_07 and path is set to JDK and not JRE.

    You need to make sure to setup Websphere to launch with the JDK that ships with it. I believe this might be the problem, I recall having this issue a while back.
