In the Standard Web XDoclet library, the delpoyment descriptor sub task (web.xml) has two attributes. They are display-name and description. When I enable these two attributes and fill in the information, the tool is not generating either element within the web.xml file.

What I had to do is add another merge file to get the web.xml to regenerate. Once I did this, the two attributes generate/displayed properly.
