I was under the impression 3.8 GA was to have a JSP WYSUWYG design tab similar to HTML design tab.

We reprioritized at the last minute to include the WTP editors, so the designer should be in a subsequent service release. Sorry about the delay.

The management team is having another go at feature set prioritization this morning. Preliminary word is it’s planned for 3.9.
