What is the best way to get MyEclipse to create a project based on existing source?
I’ve tried things like Change workspace, and such, but, at least in MyEclipse 6, it doesn’t bring in the folders under our “resources” folder.
Maybe there’s a better way to import an existing project.
I’ve also tried importing from a directory.
However, in all cases I’ve tried, not all files are visible. Yet, when I search for them, they’re “there”, but don’t show up in the project browser.

If the project was already a MyEclipse project you can use File >Import > Existing Project.If the project was a project from some other IDE, you will need to use the old drag-and-drop method. Meaning creating a new project in MyEclipse of the type you want (e.g. Web Project), then open the existing project in a file explorer and drag and drop the pieces into the new MyEclipse project where they belong.
