I have been testing my app and i have found that there is a white flash when the screen is rotated between landscape and portrait mode. Its not the whole page its almost like there is a white background underneath the app which gets exposed when the screen rotates if that makes sense?

It happens both as web app and IOS IPA file. I’ve tested on both IPAD 2 and IPAD mini running IOS 6.1

Ive found a couple of threads with white flash but during screen transition not rotation. I am ready to upload to the ITunes store but are a little concerned that they will reject the app?

I don’t recall someone who his app was rejected by a similar problem. We can take a look at your problem if you decide to share your project with us to investigate. Send it to support at genuitec dot com. If provide us a scenario to replicate the issue it would be perfect.

Other question is that if you don’t see this problem in other iOS devices or you only tested your app in mentioned devices?

Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve uploaded the app for review this afternoon so I will let you know how it goes. Hopefully there will be no problems and we can just pretend it doesn’t happen !
