No matter what I do I can’t get a full screen background on the iphone 5. I always get around 15px of white on the bottom. My toolbar floats about 15 pixels off the bottom no matter what settings I use. This does not appear in the simulator, only when deployed as a native app through PhoneGap. Is this a PhoneGap issue, or am I doing something wrong in MobiOne? Thanks!

Thanks for the screenshot. I notice the app UI does not include the iOS statusbar. Are you manually building with the status bar hidden?
If yes, we have a bug open for the layout engine to recognize hidden status bars on iOS devices. I will discuss with the lead developer tomorrow the status on this. For an immediate workaround try reenabling the status bar. I think that will take care of the issue.
