Well, it’s really not *all* since we ship over 150 plugins. It’s about 50 or so of the core ones.
Basically, we haven’t looked at it because we’ve had bigger things on our plates than plugin startup optimization with the last couple of releases.
We’ll get to it, but it won’t go ahead of bug fixes, which is the main focus of 3.8.2.
