I installed Mobione on about 20 Win 7 desktops when logged in with Admin privileges. When a normal user tried to use Mobione, they didn’t have access. Instead of being installed in Program Files, it seems that the program is installed under my user name only. Anyway, I need to have all users be able to use the software.
    1. Can i fix this for the installs I have already done?
    2. How do I install correctly in the future?

    Hi,
The default MobiOne installer is pretty basic and installs as an unshared application. Can we have some other options. Can we setup a call? If yes send contact info to
    support at genuitec dot com
with subject “MobiOne Installer Discussion”. I’ll follow up and connect in others here as needed.

I sent an email on this so you can contact me. It’s really critical that users without Admin privileges can use the software, and I hope we can find a solution soon. The users I have don’t have the rights to install apps.

received your contact info. Working to get some people available for a quick call and discuss how to setup for multi-user installation; the default installation is single user (admin not required). Will follow up shortly.
