    this is an on again – off again thing
    I went to the windows menu;
    my mouse pointer traversing down the drop-down list
    and just as it went over the webbrowser entry
    the program froze up.

    It use to do this occasionally , but for whatever reason
    it stopped . Now it’s started that weird behavior again . What can I do???????
